Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at admin@dejavu-ndg.ca to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
3. Ship the item back to us using your preferred shipping method.

Please note:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
